I have a small business and would like to get more than one custom item. Can I get a break on pricing?
It would be impossible for us to list all of the possible price breaks on the web site. Please email us with your specific request and we will send you a quote for your entire order. Please include proper email and phone information with your request.

I have ordered once and wish to get more items. Must I fill out the entire form each time?
We do not keep all of the custom information in a data base, but I have it on file. Please indicate as much info as you can on the shopping pages and mention that it is a re-order in the comments section of the check out page.

I've never seen items offered like yours anywhere - How do you do it?
That is our precious little secret. May we just say that these designs have evolved out of our 15 years in the imprinting business and our desire to offer REALLY new and exciting products. Try us (at no risk) and we know you'll agree.

What constitutes a wholesale order?
There are too many variables (kind of design, complexity, stock or custom, etc.) to be specific about pricing. We are open to discounting any order of at least a dozen pieces. A typical stock item order for wholesale pricing might be 24 pieces (combined items and designs) with a minimum of 6 pieces per design.

How do I get a wholesale price list?
Simply email us and request pricing on your specific needs. Be sure to include your company name, a contact name, phone number and the type of designs that interest you. We will contact you with the information you need.

I think I'd like to try an order - but we would like to see a sample first - can we get one?
Simply order any item from our shopping cart pages. If you like what you get (and you will!) we will credit the difference in pricing on your first wholesale order. (One item only - you must request the credit).

What do I need to do to get items back printed?
A back printed order must total at least 36 pieces of the same color. All customized orders require a 50% deposit. See our back print page.

I need a special design for my business or event. Can you do that?
We have one of the largest design collections in the world AND we can adapt most of them to suit your needs. We have a complete screen print and embroidery shop and can generate designs for you to preview OR you can send along your logo and we will quote you prices on whatever you need. We can do it all!
