We can exchange files by email and you will be sent mock ups for approval before any work is done.

Please note that we are offering a special shipping rate of $6.00 for the first item shipped
USPS Priority Mail and only $1.50 for each additional item on the order.

Payment Options :

Retail Ordering

How do I make a retail order?
Simply follow the instructions for the shopping cart, entering your custom text where appropriate. We use all caps in the text, and copy your input regarding spelling. When you want the same custom text on multiple items, please enter your choice for text in the proper boxes of the first item and then enter "same" for additional items. You will also have an opportunity to add special comments about your order in the comments section of the checkout page. If you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay by check or money order, simply check that option on the check out page and we will send an email with payment instructions. Questions? I have a small business and would like to get more than one custom item. Can I get a break on pricing?
It would be impossible for us to list all of the possible price breaks on the web site. Please email us with your specific request and we will send you a quote for your entire order. Please include proper email and phone information with your request

I've never seen items offered like yours anywhere - How do you do it?
May we just say that these designs have evolved out of our 15 years in the imprinting business and our desire to offer REALLY new and exciting products. Try us (at no risk) and we know you'll agree.

Wholesale Ordering

How do I make a wholesale order?
Please review any and all of the designs available for viewing on the web site, custom, embroidery and printed items may all qualify for discounts. These can include items bearing your logo or special graphic. Please ask. Remember, you may need an order that is only 24 pieces total and you may combine items of any design or garment type. You may also choose any sizes that you like. We require a faxed or emailed order and will confirm your order before proceeding. In most cases a deposit on customized orders is required.

Please note that a garment that is tagged with an event, logo or geographical area becomes a unique item that is collectible and much more desirable to your customers. Back prints, etc. can increase your sales by 200-300%. We are specialists in this area - please contact us if we can answer any questions. Our in-house embroidery, screen printing and art department are the best in the business! We know how to get you started with this great profit center and can even send you an inexpensive rack and hangars so you can be up and selling the moment your order arrives. Ask for details.

Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a wholesale price list?
Simply email us and request pricing on your project. Be sure to include your name, phone number and the type of designs that interest you. If you have your own logo or graphic, be sure to attach it to the email. We will contact you with the information you need.

I think I'd like to try an order - but we would like to see a sample first - can we get one?
Simply order any item available for single retail through our shopping cart. If you like what you get (and you will!) we will credit the difference in pricing on your first wholesale order. (One item only - you must request the credit).

What do I need to do to get items back printed?
A back printed order must total at least 36 pieces . All customized orders require a 50% deposit. See our back print page.

I need a special design for my business or event. Can you do that?
We have one of the largest design collections in the world AND we can adapt most of them to suit your needs. We have a complete screen print and embroidery shop and can generate designs for you to preview OR you can send along your logo and we will quote you prices on whatever you need. We can do it all! Try us — you'll be pleasantly surprised.
